Hawaii HB 401 (2019 Regular Session) — RELATING TO CONTRACTING FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES.
Requires all public agencies to identify and evaluate vehicle fleet energy efficiency programs to be implemented using vehicle fleet performance contracts, whereby the agencies may contract for the provision of vehicles or associated capital investments in charging or fueling infrastructure and apply vehicle fleet operational and fuel cost savings toward the cost.
