Hawaii HB 501 (2019 Regular Session) — RELATING TO FIREWORKS.
Clarifies the authorization of the use of fireworks by permit for movie, television, and theatrical productions and for activities for testing, disposal, and destruction of illegal fireworks by law enforcement.
