Hawaii SB 1204 (2019 Regular Session) — RELATING TO THE HAWAII EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND DEFINITIONS.
Amends the definitions of "dependent-beneficiary" and "employee-beneficiary" as used in the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund, chapter 87A, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Clarifies the eligibilities of surviving children to receive benefits.
