Bill RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY. Establishes the Photo Red Light Imaging Detector Systems Program (Program). Establishes a two year pilot program in the City and County of Honolulu. Hawaii HB 1676 (2020 Regular Session) — RELATING TO HIGHWAY SAFETY.

Establishes the Photo Red Light Imaging Detector Systems Program (Program). Establishes a two year pilot program in the City and County of Honolulu.
