Bill RELATING TO TOWING. Clarifies the fees tow companies may charge. Hawaii HB 2162 (2020 Regular Session) — RELATING TO TOWING.

Clarifies the fees tow companies may charge. Clarifies the duties of tow companies when vehicle owners arrive on the scene while their vehicles are in the process of being hooked up. Requires tow and storage companies to accept credit cards and debit cards.
