Hawaii SB 2866 (2020 Regular Session) — RELATING TO THE HAWAII EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND EMPLOYEE-BENEFICIARY MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS.
