Hawaii HB 982 (2024) — RELATING TO FUNDING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TOBACCO ENFORCEMENT UNIT.

Amends the amount of funds within the tobacco enforcement special fund that may be carried over at the end of each fiscal year. Amends the amount of funds to be deposited to the credit of the tobacco enforcement special fund from the Hawaiʻi tobacco settlement special fund. (CD1)
