Hawaii HB 1098 (2025) — RELATING TO CRIMES AGAINST PROTECTIVE SERVICES WORKERS.
Specifies that intentionally or knowingly causing bodily injury to a protective services worker who is engaged in the performance of the worker's duties constitutes the class C felony offense of assault in the second degree.
