Hawaii HB 1409 (2025) — RELATING TO TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT.

Establishes the Mixed-Income Subaccount within the Rental Housing Revolving Fund, and sunsets the Subaccount on 6/30/2030.
