Bill LAKE PEND OREILLE, PEND OREILLE RIVER, PRIEST LAKE AND PRIEST RIVER COMMISSION Amends existing law to provide that the commission shall have the authority to designate representatives to participate in proceedings regarding the Columbia River Basin; and to provide that moneys in the commission fund may also be used to provide for participation in proceedings regarding the Columbia River Basin.
