Bill PUBLIC RECORDS Amends existing law to revise a definition, to provide that bonuses, severance packages, other compensation, or vouchered and unvouchered expenses for which reimbursement was paid to a public official are not exempt from disclosure, to provide that social security numbers and drivers license numbers shall be exempt from disclosure, and to provide that public agencies shall designate one person as custodian to receive public records requests and shall provide an alternate custodian or alternate custodians for contingencies.
