Bill STATE BOARD OF CORRECTION Adds to and amends existing law to authorize the Commission of Pardons and Parole to grant commutations and pardons, to provide for approval or disapproval by the Governor in certain instances, to provide for certain crimes where the commission shall have full and final authority, and to provide that the commission shall conduct proceedings pursuant to certain rules and regulations.
