Bill	HGHWY CD-MOTOR FUEL TAX-PLAN	Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that in order to properly plan the utilization of motor fuel tax funds, each municipality of over 5,000 population shall be required to develop and update a 5 year (rather than 20 year) long-range highway transportation plan. Illinois HB 2363 (100th) — HGHWY CD-MOTOR FUEL TAX-PLAN

Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that in order to properly plan the utilization of motor fuel tax funds, each municipality of over 5,000 population shall be required to develop and update a 5 year (rather than 20 year) long-range highway transportation plan.
