Bill HWY CD-TWP-MULCH-DELIVERY Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that a township road district may deliver wood chips, mulch, and other products generated in the act of tree maintenance by the district to the residents of the district. Provides that the road district shall provide adequate notice to the resident prior to the delivery of the product. Illinois HB 2423 (100th) — HWY CD-TWP-MULCH-DELIVERY

Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that a township road district may deliver wood chips, mulch, and other products generated in the act of tree maintenance by the district to the residents of the district. Provides that the road district shall provide adequate notice to the resident prior to the delivery of the product. Effective immediately.
