Bill TWP CD-RECYCLING YARD WASTE Amends the Township Code. Provides that a township may, by ordinance, provide for the collection, transport, disposal, and recycling of brush, wood chips, and leaves (currently, only collection, transport, and disposal of brush and leaves) within the unincorporated areas of the township without referendum approval. Illinois HB 2427 (100th) — TWP CD-RECYCLING YARD WASTE

Amends the Township Code. Provides that a township may, by ordinance, provide for the collection, transport, disposal, and recycling of brush, wood chips, and leaves (currently, only collection, transport, and disposal of brush and leaves) within the unincorporated areas of the township without referendum approval.
