Illinois HB 2492 (100th) — VEH CD-FIRE&EMRGNCY VEH-WEIGHT
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Code Chapter governing size, weight, and load of vehicles does not apply to fire apparatus or authorized emergency vehicles owned or operated by any governmental body or not-for-profit fire protection service organization or agency.
