Bill VEH CD-SOS-EMAIL NOTIFICATION Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an application for a certificate of title, vehicle registration, and license or instruction permit shall include, if available, a person's email address. Illinois HB 3045 (100th) — VEH CD-SOS-EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that an application for a certificate of title, vehicle registration, and license or instruction permit shall include, if available, a person's email address.
