Illinois HB 4424 (100th) — SOS-ID CARDS AND FEES
Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Provides that every original, renewal, or duplicate non-Real ID identification card issued to a person who has reached his or her 65th birthday shall be permanent and need not be renewed.
