Illinois HB 5177 (100th) — PEN CD-CHI POL-SERVICE CREDIT
Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois Pension Code. In provisions concerning the establishment of credit for other service, provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board shall reconsider an application for credit for performing specified safety or investigatory work that was submitted before April 1, 2008 and was denied.
