| Bill | MHDDAA-HEALTH RISK SCREENING | Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that specific to the individual client assessment tool, each individual living in a community integrated living arrangement shall receive an annual client assessment. Provides that the annual client assessment shall be completed using the Health Risk Screening Tool. Provides that beginning January 1, 2019, each individual shall receive his or her annual client assessment via the web-based Health Risk Screening Tool. Provides that the Health Risk Screening Tool shall replace the current paper-based version of the assessment. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall make changes to the Illinois Administrative Code to correspond with this online version of the Health Risk Screening Tool. Illinois HB 5463 (100th) — MHDDAA-HEALTH RISK SCREENING
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act.
