Illinois SB 1312 (100th) — VETERANS CT-POST-ADJUDICATION

Amends the Veterans and Servicemembers Court Treatment Act. Provides that a defendant may be admitted into a Veterans and Servicemembers Court program post-adjudication only with the approval of the court.
