Bill QUICK-TAKE:KANE;MCHENRY COUNTY Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no more than one year after the effective date by Kane County for the acquisition of certain described property for the purpose of construction at the intersection of Huntley Road and Galligan Road and for the purpose of the Longmeadow Parkway Bridge Corridor project. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no more than one year after the effective date by McHenry County for the acquisition of certain described property for the purpose of construction on Randall Road. Illinois SB 1518 (100th) — QUICK-TAKE:KANE;MCHENRY COUNTY

Amends the Eminent Domain Act.
