Illinois SB 886 (100th) — DOR-TREASURER-UNCLAIMED PROP
Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the Department of Revenue may share information with the State Treasurer for the purpose of administering the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act.
