Bill BROKER MARKET ANALYSIS Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. In provisions regarding a statement that must be contained in a broker price opinion or comparative market analysis, provides that the broker price opinion or comparative market analysis was prepared by a licensed real estate broker or managing broker who was not acting as a State certified real estate appraiser (rather than a licensed real estate broker or managing broker, not by a State certified real estate appraiser). Illinois HB 2961 (101st) — BROKER MARKET ANALYSIS

Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. In provisions regarding a statement that must be contained in a broker price opinion or comparative market analysis, provides that the broker price opinion or comparative market analysis was prepared by a licensed real estate broker or managing broker who was not acting as a State certified real estate appraiser (rather than a licensed real estate broker or managing broker, not by a State certified real estate appraiser). Effective immediately.
