Bill SCH CD-ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board shall require its schools to either connect at-risk students with anger management classes offered in the community or conduct their own anger management classes for at-risk students. Provides that if the school board requires a school to conduct these classes, the classes do not have to be implemented until the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. Illinois HB 3086 (101st) — SCH CD-ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS

Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board shall require its schools to either connect at-risk students with anger management classes offered in the community or conduct their own anger management classes for at-risk students. Provides that if the school board requires a school to conduct these classes, the classes do not have to be implemented until the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year. Effective immediately.
