Illinois HB 3196 (101st) — IMMIGRATION TASK FORCE

Creates the Immigration Task Force Act. Creates the Immigration Task Force. Provides for membership of the Task Force. Provides for meetings of the Task Force. Provides that members of the Task Force shall serve without compensation. Provides for administrative and other support to the Task Force. Requires the Task Force to examine specified issues related to immigrant communities in this State. Repeals the Act on January 1, 2021. Effective immediately.
