Provides that at the time of applying for or renewing his or her license, an applicant for a license or license renewal under the Act may submit an email address to the Department of Public Health. Provides that the Department shall keep the email address on file as a form of contact for the individual. Illinois HB 3554 (101st) — IDPH-EMT LICENSURE SUBMISSION
Amends the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Systems Act. Provides that at the time of applying for or renewing his or her license, an applicant for a license or license renewal under the Act may submit an email address to the Department of Public Health.
