Bill TWP CD-ATTESTATION OF FUNDS Amends the Township Code. Provides that the township clerk shall attest to a payout of funds from the township treasury by the supervisor's duly authorized designee. Provides that a township board may adopt rules relating to attestation of funds endorsed by the supervisor or the supervisor's duly authorized designee. Provides that attestation is not required by the township clerk prior to the issuance of an emergency financial assistance payout. Makes a technical change. Illinois HB 3676 (101st) — TWP CD-ATTESTATION OF FUNDS

Amends the Township Code. Provides that the township clerk shall attest to a payout of funds from the township treasury by the supervisor's duly authorized designee. Provides that a township board may adopt rules relating to attestation of funds endorsed by the supervisor or the supervisor's duly authorized designee.
