Illinois HB 3711 (101st) — EQUITABLE RESTROOM-BABY CHANGE
Amends the Equitable Restrooms Act. Provides that all restrooms that are open and accessible to the public in a public building shall be equipped with baby changing facilities that are physically safe, sanitary, and usable for that purpose.
