Bill CMS PROGRAMS-AGENCY ATTENDANCE Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that each State agency shall designate one or more persons with hiring responsibilities to annually attend a presentation provided by the Department of Central Management Services regarding programs created by the Department that were developed and implemented to increase the number of qualified employees with disabilities working in the State. Illinois SB 1136 (101st) — CMS PROGRAMS-AGENCY ATTENDANCE

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that each State agency shall designate one or more persons with hiring responsibilities to annually attend a presentation provided by the Department of Central Management Services regarding programs created by the Department that were developed and implemented to increase the number of qualified employees with disabilities working in the State. Effective immediately.
