Illinois SB 1264 (101st) — UNCLAIMED PROPERTY-PENSIONS
Amends the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Provides that the Act does not apply to any annuity, pension, or benefit funds held in a fiduciary capacity by a retirement system.
