Bill	AMBULATORY TREATMENT CENTER	Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act. Adds a provision allowing an applicant facility to receive a license if the physician, podiatric physician, or dentist that performs surgery at an applicant facility does not have surgery privileges with at least one Illinois hospital, so long as that physician, podiatric physician, or dentist is credentialed by the ambulatory surgical treatment center where the procedures are to be performed. Illinois SB 1291 (101st) — AMBULATORY TREATMENT CENTER

Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act. Adds a provision allowing an applicant facility to receive a license if the physician, podiatric physician, or dentist that performs surgery at an applicant facility does not have surgery privileges with at least one Illinois hospital, so long as that physician, podiatric physician, or dentist is credentialed by the ambulatory surgical treatment center where the procedures are to be performed. Effective immediately.
