Bill	VEH CD-HEAVY DUTY TOW VEHICLE	Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that vehicle and weight limitations do not apply to an extreme heavy duty tow and recovery vehicle if either (i) the vehicle may lawfully be used to clear a disabled vehicle from the roadway to the berm or shoulder of the highway and is traveling to or from the scene of the disablement; or (ii) the Department of Transportation has issued an overweight permit for the vehicle. Defines "extreme heavy duty tow and recovery vehicle". Illinois SB 1343 (101st) — VEH CD-HEAVY DUTY TOW VEHICLE

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that vehicle and weight limitations do not apply to an extreme heavy duty tow and recovery vehicle if either (i) the vehicle may lawfully be used to clear a disabled vehicle from the roadway to the berm or shoulder of the highway and is traveling to or from the scene of the disablement; or (ii) the Department of Transportation has issued an overweight permit for the vehicle. Defines "extreme heavy duty tow and recovery vehicle". Effective immediately.
