Bill	HEALING ART MALPRACTICE-REPEAL	Amends the Civil Practice Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Repeals provisions regarding: election for periodic payment; special findings required; calculation of future damages; basis for determining judgment to be entered; payment of periodic installment obligations; form of security; posting and maintaining security; equivalent lump sum value; effect of death; liability insurance policy limits; assignment of periodic installments; exemption of benefits; settlement agreements and consent judgments; satisfaction of judgments; and duties of Director of Insurance.
