Bill MHDD CD-ADV PRACT PSY NURSE Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Permits an advanced practice psychiatric nurse to order restraints or seclusion for a recipient of treatment. Provides that an advanced practice psychiatric nurse may examine a respondent and execute a certificate which states that the respondent is subject to involuntary admission on an inpatient basis and requires immediate hospitalization. Illinois SB 1702 (101st) — MHDD CD-ADV PRACT PSY NURSE
