Illinois SB 1744 (101st) — CD CORR-MEDICAID SCREENING
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that prior to release of a person on parole, mandatory supervised release, final discharge, or pardon the Department of Corrections shall screen every person for Medicaid eligibility.
