Bill	CD CORR-AGGRAVATING FACTORS	Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if the defendant (1) committed the offense of leaving the scene of an accident and the accident resulted in the death of a person; and (2) at the time of the offense, the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, other drug or drugs, intoxicating compound or compounds or any combination thereof or the defendant was using an electronic communication device while operating the motor vehicle shall be an aggravating factor that is accorded weight in favor of imposing a term of imprisonment or may be considered by the court as reasons to impose a more severe sentence under the Code. Illinois SB 1750 (101st) — CD CORR-AGGRAVATING FACTORS

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
