Illinois SB 2030 (101st) — PEN CD-CHI FIRE-BIRTHDATE
Amends the Chicago Firefighter Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Specifies that the age stated in a fireman's application for appointment as a member shall be conclusive evidence of his or her age for the purposes of providing all benefits under the Article (rather than for the purposes of the Article).
