Provides that licensed dealers, financing affiliates, parts recyclers, scrap processors, repairers, rebuilders, and out-of-state salvage vehicle buyers shall retain records relating to the acquisition or disposition of tire rims and catalytic converters, including the date of the acquisition of each tire rim or catalytic converter and the name and address of the person from whom the tire rim or catalytic converter was acquired and, if that person is a dealer, the Illinois or out-of-state dealer license number of such person. Illinois HB 106 (102nd) — VEH CD-VEHICLE PART RECORDS
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.
