Illinois HB 1769 (102nd) — PROP TX-SUPPORTIVE LIVING
Amends the Property Tax Code. For the purposes of determining the fair cash value of a supportive living facility using the income capitalization approach, provides that gross potential income must not exceed the maximum individual Supplemental Security Income (SSI) amount, minus a resident's personal allowance, multiplied by the number of apartments authorized by the supportive living facility certification.
