In provisions relating to specified recorder fees in counties of the third class, provides that the fees apply to certified copies of records that are maintained in any format, or portions thereof, including microfilm, paper, electronic, database, or index. Illinois HB 2870 (102nd) — COUNTIES CODE-RECORDER FEES
Amends the Counties Code.
