Illinois HB 2878 (102nd) — STUDENT PARENT DATA COLLECTION
Creates the Student Parent Data Collection Act. Beginning September 1, 2021, requires each public institution of higher education to determine the parental status of each of its enrolled students and collect specified information about the student if the student indicates that the student is a parent.
