Illinois HB 290 (102nd) — SCH CD-SPECIAL ED RESOURCES
Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Requires a school district to provide notification to the parent or guardian of a student with an individualized education program (IEP) that the student may be eligible to receive additional specified services, benefits, or resources.
