Illinois HB 3097 (102nd) — DRIVER EDUCATION-TRAFFIC STOPS
Amends the Driver Education Act of the School Code. Changes the definition of "driver education course" to include a course of instruction in law enforcement procedures during traffic stops, including appropriate interactions with law enforcement officers. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.
