Bill EPA-CCR SURFACE IMPOUNDMENTS Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that rules by the Pollution Control Board must specify that an owner of operator of a CCR surface impoundment shall certify to the Agency that all contractors, subcontractors, and installers utilized to construct, install, modify, or close a CCR surface impoundment in accordance with a permit issued under the Act are participants in specified training programs. Illinois HB 3783 (102nd) — EPA-CCR SURFACE IMPOUNDMENTS

Amends the Environmental Protection Act.
