Bill BLIGHTED AREAS ACT-REPEAL Repeals the Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947. Makes conforming changes to the Illinois Municipal Code, the Housing Authorities Act, the Housing Development and Construction Act, the Urban Community Conservation Act, the Redevelopment Project Rehousing and Capital Improvements Act, the Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law, the Urban Community Conservation Act, the Urban Renewal Consolidation Act of 1961, and the Eminent Domain Act. Illinois HB 3864 (102nd) — BLIGHTED AREAS ACT-REPEAL

Repeals the Blighted Areas Redevelopment Act of 1947.
