Bill IDOR-PUBLICATION Amends the Illinois Department of Revenue Sunshine Act. Amends the Illinois Department of Revenue Sunshine Act. Provides that the Department of Revenue shall submit for publication (currently, publish) quarterly in the Illinois Register an index of any informal rulings, opinions or letters issued by the Department of Revenue during the quarter and required to be made available.
