Bill	VEH CD-TINTED WINDOWS	Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Adds light sensitivity as a result of a traumatic brain injury to the list of medical conditions for which a person is exempt from certain restrictions concerning window tinting. Illinois HB 96 (102nd) — VEH CD-TINTED WINDOWS

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Adds light sensitivity as a result of a traumatic brain injury to the list of medical conditions for which a person is exempt from certain restrictions concerning window tinting.
