Illinois SB 1592 (102nd) — INS-DENIAL/SITE OF TREATMENT
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a group or individual policy of accident and health insurance or managed care plan that provides individuals under 21 years of age coverage for the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders and for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders may not deny or refuse to provide otherwise covered services solely because of the location where services are provided.
