Bill SICK LEAVE BANK-SCH CD-MISC Amends the Sick Leave Bank Act. Provides that the term "Agency" does not include the State Board of Education. Amends the School Code to make changes in provisions concerning the State Board's strategic plan, a State mandate report, the School Technology Program, a reading advisory group, school district and school report cards, the suspension or expulsion of pupils, licensure requirements for educators trained in other states or countries, chronic absenteeism in preschool children, physical fitness assessments, State reimbursement for transportation, and the Chicago Educational Facilities Task Force. Repeals a provision concerning the State Board's annual report to the Governor and General Assembly on the condition of the schools. Illinois SB 2043 (102nd) — SICK LEAVE BANK-SCH CD-MISC

Amends the Sick Leave Bank Act. Provides that the term "Agency" does not include the State Board of Education. Amends the School Code to make changes in provisions concerning the State Board's strategic plan, a State mandate report, the School Technology Program, a reading advisory group, school district and school report cards, the suspension or expulsion of pupils, licensure requirements for educators trained in other states or countries, chronic absenteeism in preschool children, physical fitness assessments, State reimbursement for transportation, and the Chicago Educational Facilities Task Force.
